I brought you this grizzly tale initially back in September this year (see original article below). Kasia Rivera, 34, was running a fake cosmetical clinic out of her East Orange, NJ home. After she injected non-medical grade silicone directly into bloodstream of 22 year old Justin Street as part of a penis-enlargement procedure, he died the next day of silicone embolism.
Street’s death was ruled a homicide following an investigation and Rivera admitted she had no medical training or a licences to perform any procedures.

Kasia Riviera was sentenced Monday by Superior Court Judge John Zunic in Newark, according to the Essex County Prosecutor’s office, and faces potential deportation back to Jamaica.

“This woman had no business injecting anyone with anything,’’ Assistant Prosecutor William Neafsey, who handled the case, was quoted in a news release.

Just recently, I wrote about Micha Schultz, the Bavarian ball buster who has injected his penis with silicone until it is the size and weight of a newborn. While he has lamented that “After you reach a certain size, you can’t do certain things any more,” by comparison, he should consider himself lucky.

Justin Street was a 22 year-old man who received a silicone injection from Kasia Rivera, 34, to enlarge his penis in 2011. He died the day after. A medical examiner determined the East Orange man died of a silicone embolism and ruled the death a homicide. Yesterday, Kasia Rivera pleaded guilty to reckless manslaughter in Essex County.

In a bizarre twist, during the hearing, a man associated with Rivera reportedly approached three jurors on May 8 and asked them to influence the outcome of her trial. Superior Court Judge Ronald Wigler dismissed all 20 prospective jurors, revoked Rivera’s bail and found her complicit in the attempt to improperly influence the potential jury. Rivera is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 19.

Sadly, Justin Street is not the only person who has died after having the illegal procedure done by an unlicensed practitioner. The popular party trend has brought lethal consequences to many people seeking to enhance their physical appearance so party goers beware. Kasia River advertised her services at bars and stores where she passed out business cards that promised silicone enhancement.
