Damn right he’s still hot! He was one of the first porn stars I came across when I came out, and I still pull out some of his movies. I’m glad to see that he seems to be doing well, with so many other stars (even the young pups) going through personal drama, arrests, and (sadly) deaths. Good for you, Dean!

Wow, he’s *barely* aged and he still has that amazing smile I fell in love with years ago.
