I think he’s just lost a lot of weight. He’s generally been looking leaner the last few years. And I think we all know how important bathroom lighting is in a naked photo.
i was thinking the same thing, but i’ve noticed that all of his recent pics have him with a thinner face. I know that when you lose weight you lose some in the face as well, but it is a drastic change compared to a couple years ago.
Is it possible to look both ripped and famished? He doesn’t look healthy to me at all in this pic. I want the old, hot, HEALTHY Dean Monroe (he is one of my favorites of all time, but not like this).
