Family Shatters: Porn Star Sues Josh Duggar

In the middle of the tabloid feeding frenzy surrounding the incestual child molester and rapid adulterer Josh Duggar last summer, one of the biggest headlines came from porn starlet Diana Dillon who said she had, “Terrifying’ rough sex twice” with Josh Duggar.

This happened while Josh’s baby factory wife was pregnant with their fourth child. In Touch Weekly, the tabloid the broke the story, featured Diana Dillon’s story after she passed a lie-detector test. At the time, Diana Dillon expected there would be more stories from other working girls int the news soon. While that may still come to pass, as TMZ is reporting, Diana Dillon is now suing Josh Duggar for physical pain and severe emotional distress.

The highlights from the court filed documents include these little gems:

•In her complaint, Diana Dillon alleges Josh Duggar approached her at two different strip joints in March and April of 2015.

•Reportedly, Josh Duggar spent around $600 for lap dances.

•He followed her back to her hotel and paid $1500 for her “company.” The arrangement was consensual.

•Inside the hotel room, the documents charge Josh Duggar with “physically assaulting her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries” resulting in feeling “raped by the Defendant.”

•It goes on to say Josh Duggar returned a month to the club where Diana Dillon was employed to apologize.

•Diana Dillon alleges the “apology” was just a rouse to arrange round of “company,” where he engaged in “identical torturous acts.”

Diana Dillon is asking for $500,000 for her pain and suffering. An out of court settlement might be wise for Diana Dillon. That would avoid the possibility of the Judge imposing an even harsher sentence on Josh Duggar than half a million dollars, like say, forcing him to sit though a “19 Kids and Counting” marathon.
