Porn-star-turned-paralegal Jay Armstrong is filing a harassment suit against a professor at University of Louisiana who allegedly called the Mustang star’s gay past “vulgar,” threatened to reveal his porn identity to the Political Science department, intimating that Armstrong might be expelled for work in films like Forced Entry.

In an email to Jay Armstrong (real name Jeremy Williams), Dr. Bryan-Paul Frost, a Crocker endowed professor of Political Science at UL-Lafayette, reportedly told Armstrong that he needed psychiatric help for working in the adult industry and, according to Armstrong, that he would “face consequences” for, I suppose, things having a publicly double-penetrated asshole. Armstrong, who tells us he has a “near-perfect” GPA and is close to graduating panicked. He’s taken his story to the local media, but sent us an email in hopes to publicize his plight in the gay community.
“At the moment I am frightened as hell, as I have him for not one but two classes this semester. … I can assure you that the matter was entirely nothing vulgar or even of my fault. [I am] Confused. Petrified. I’ve worked so hard for a degree and damn!”, Williams said in an email.

His fears are not entirely unfounded — Randy Blue star Vincent DeSalvo faced a sixteen-month suspension after his hardcore gay film work was revealed to administrators at a conservative college in Pennsylvania.

Armstrong, who got his start stripping in Orlando dance clubs and went on to beat an addiction to drugs and alcohol, was inspired to move into a public sector after Hurricane Katrina ravaged New Orleans. The porn star power-bottom (below, in Nailed for Mustang) has decided to fight the professor for his right to study at the University. If he can take on the so-called ‘endowed’ professor with the same energy he once did the endowed figures of Manuel Torres and Wolf Hudson, it should be a pretty good scene.

This is ridiculous. Is this a private school? If so they may have standards of private conduct. If so, why the hell would he go there? I find it hard to believe a professor would write such a ridiculous letter and use a phrase like “double penetrated asshole.” You cant have it both ways and be a porn star and attend a school that does not allow that kind of conduct. This story is very suspicous to me. I dont think this is a private school and even if a professor did not approve of his conduct, a professor alone cannot get you out of the college.
Jay Armstrong has used gay porn sites before to his advantage. He leaked and promoted himself about his other personal issues before to get attention. If this was real and legit, contacting gaypornblog would not be the answer. You would be private and get an attorney. This is another desperate publicity stunt by a former porn star who still cant get a real job. This is so foolish and I am surprised gaypornblog fell for this nonsense. I am not harsh but realistic. There is discimination every day against gays. I hate when someone fucks it up and plays the “gay porn card.” Every porn star needs to realize it will be used against you in the real job world for many jobs. Look at the former porn stars that lost jobs as cops and other fields. It sucks but that is reality.

Hopefully this professor is fired at the least, perhaps if he has something in his background that’s less that stellar it will come out.

UL-Lafayette is a public university and he can’t get expelled from what he did in his past (or even if he was still doing it for that matter.) I went to this school and that professor is one of the worst excuses for a professor much less a human being.

I agree with Jayson…an email to a gaypornblog, probably not the best idea. File a grievance with the dean of students, get a lawyer, something else would be better than a plea to gay porn fans.

That department is known for having insane problems. A few years ago a professor was fired for sexual harassment, and another professor went crazy and threaten to kill his entire class. So I am sure there is something buried in that professor’s closet.

The University of Louisiana is a state school supplied by federal dollars. The First Amendment protects Jay’s ability to do porn if he so chooses. A paralegal with a “near perfect” GPA should have known this.

And, if this professor is so “moral,” how does he know what has happened to Jay’s ass?

Tell that old windbag to shut his piehole and do the job the taxpayers are paying him to do. And it’s not prying into students’ personal affairs or buttholes for that matter.

Pardon me in advance for saying this, but a bitch who hyphenates his first name — Bryan-Paul — is not to be trusted. Dr. Bryan-Paul Frost sounds like a frustrated old queen with a “vulgar” hairdo. At any rate, I’m quite sure Jay has nothing to worry about with regard to being expelled. However, as far as getting a fair grade from the frumpy bitch, well, that’s probably not going to happen once mama sees what’s posted here on GayPornBlog.com (something, not doubt, Dr. Messy Bangs reads every morning as he schemes on how to harass the hotties who will have nothing to do with him or his greasy bangs).

I think that these kind of people have nothing better to do than to cause drama. Who cares what people do sexually as long as it doesn’t interfere with their profession, schooling and whatever else they choose to do. By the way, how does that professor know about the double penetration haha. My guess is that he owns the vid LOL!!!!

In this age of instant info too many people accept as truth whatever they read on the Internet. Before I make a judgment, I need more facts. Let’s wait and see what develops.

I don’t think the professor wrote in his email about the double penetrated asshole. I think that was just Mike’s words on this blog post.
Still, one has to wonder HOW this professor found out Jay Armstrong was a porn star…

Are porn performers stupid? Or do they pretend to be? Did this jerk really expect for his double-penetration past never to come up? And he doesn’t consider that vulgar. He probably slept with the professor and when things soured he went the drama route. No sympathy from me.

How the hell can anyone make enough money to go to school anymore? Things in this country have become so unaffordable, you practically have to sell your ass just to get groceries anymore. This is pathetic! I’m ashamed of America more and more everyday! This guy is taking the shit that this country offers, and doing whatever it takes to make his life happen. If anything, this guy is FIGHTING for the “american dream”. Let him have his life! He worked hard enough for it!

Dear Disgusted: why all the hate?
Do YOU think double penetration is vulgar? if so, why are you looking around on a blog called GayPorn? So, porn performers don’t deserve to have a life and other interests besides porn? Really mixed messages you’re sending out with your blog comment. Harassing someone for their past in porn is ridiculous, and your own comments are a form of harassment, too.

Luv the guys that put down gay porn stars for being vulgar and beneath them: YOU’RE READING A FUCKING GAY PORN BLOG, IDIOTS. Do you really think you’re superior to the guys who churn out these scenarios so you can get off? Hypocrates! (as some misguided spelling-challenged soul put it in another post).

Vulgarity has to do with time and place. Yes, it would be vulgar for someone to get double-penetrated during a lecture, but it is certainly not a vulgar act in a porn video. There is a time and a place for everything — especially DPs!

Wiley, it’s just as hypocritical to believe that what you do in life can be done in a vacuum. When you do porn, it doesn’t go away. It’s easy to access because of the Internet. While it’s wrong to be harrassed because of it, own what you did. Instead of getting gay blogs involved, be an adult and use some of that porn star “power-bottom” money to actually retain legal counsel and do something about the harrasser. But let’s be clear: every action has a reaction. Just because you do something doesn’t mean people have to accept it. But you shouldn’t be harrassed either. Hire a lawyer and be done, not a gay blog.

    @Concerned

Louisiana State University is in Baton Rouge, LA – The professor in question is a professor at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (which is in Lafayette, LA about 50 miles from Baton Rouge)

And one professor who is an idiot (who is not even from Louisiana), does not make a city full of rednecks. Let’s try to keep the attacks on the people it truly belongs to.

I agree with Jayson. There are some, er, gaping holes in this story. It’s not even relayed terribly intelligently: What matter is Williams talking about when he says “I can assure you that the matter was entirely nothing vulgar or even of my fault”? Is he trying to become a paralegal or a lawyer? If you’re going to present your GPA as evidence of your seriousness, just say what it is, not “near perfect.”

I mean, I don’t think he s/b harrassed by a professor, but the story doesn’t smell right. As others have noted, why bring your story to a gay porn blog? Why not a gay news blog or Lamda?

I see on the blogs new faces every day, and I always wonder if all those young guys really know what they’re doing. I mean, I love porn and thank god somebody makes it. But once you’ve done one, it’s out there forever, and it can get your fired or kicked out of school or cause all kinds of family problems (if you’re trying to do it on the sly).

As an assistant dean of students, you should set an example of using correct grammar, even if it’s on a blog.

I agree with everyone’s sentiments regarding Jay’s porn past: it should be a none issue at the university. I’m not sure if he will ever receive a proper grade from an obvious biased professor. Definitely must consult with his lawyer.

Although I was not even out, I had professors who thought I was Gay give me lower grades and even the wrong examinations based on untrue rumors. In the 1960’s you couldn’t really take a stand and not be expelled. So I toughed it out through a Ph.D. from the University of Washington. If this is a public university, the professor should be terminated whether he has tenure or not. If Jay gets any false grades from this professor, he should file individual suits for each grade and also take aim at the university for allowing a professor to make his homophobia the basis for threats to a student.

I’m not of the opinion that Jay is a victim. To some degree, porn will haunt you. Especially now the internet is in everyone’s homes, all you have to do is Google a persons name. So he should learn to accept this, and get over this hurdle because life will keep throwing them; it is those people that are successful who are persistent and don’t waiver from their goals despite an obstacle.

That being said, I think this lawsuit takes it to another level that it doesn’t need to go. The lawsuit will only instigate more problems.

Jay… is he not capable of addressing this with the professor? I had one professor that I argued with, and I mean FOUGHT with the semester before the class I had to take with him. I managed to get through the class with a passing grade. Take the grade hit and move on with your life. He knows that he cannot simply fail you, for you will just take his class again – and make this known to him: I refuse to accept any grade lower for an F if I’m attending classes and participating in work… if he does fail you, and you have perfect attendance and have met all the class requirements – then the professor has no justification to fail you. YOU WILL HAVE PROOF OF BIAS AND GET HIM SUSPENDED.

Suck it up, and tell the professor that: your[his] personal views are welcome for debate, but your[his] professional obligation is to be impartial and teach students despite different political views and backgrounds.

A sexual harassment suit might work, but I also feel this covers political biases and can be addressed with the right mediator between them. Approach the department head and discuss the problems, stating: I’m almost at graduation, can you possibly afford a media spotlight on this particular issue? I can’t imagine this not tarnishing your departments reputation as a respectable educational entity. Simply state your intention: to earn a degree and move on with your life. Mention to the department head, something as trivial as this needs not to be sent to court to resolve.

I think people on here like Jayson, hithere and Disgusted are completely oblivious to the realities of life, and they turn my stomach with their Uncle Tom attitudes. And I don’t care about your alleged personal experience, hithere, because SOME people can’t be dealt with!

First, Armstrong was in school under his real name and therefore, this supposed man of learning had to find out through some extraordinary means (suggesting that his own proclivities are suspect). Second, Armstrong is trying to move away from his former career and ostracizing him isn’t going to help. You’d think these moralists would want to encourage that. Third, everybody has the right to seek higher education and their past doesn’t have a damn thing to do with their ability to do the coursework. What he did in the past is irrelevant — to his education and to his future career as a paralegal.

As for the argument that his porn career is going to keep haunting him: why? Is that really how it should be or is that just what we’re supposed to accept? Maybe he doesn’t accept it and I don’t think we should either. To suggest that he doesn’t have the right file lawsuit is the most asinine thing I’ve ever heard. Of course he does, you nitwit! He’s being disparaged for something he did in the past. How would you like to have everything you’ve ever done thrown in your face for the rest of your life and used as justification for denying you the same rights as everyone else?

It’s a civil rights violation, plain and simple. We accept it because that’s the way it’s always been. Just like it’s always been acceptable to marginalize gays as sexual deviants and undesirable. Maybe we should just accept that reality too. I don’t think so, and I don’t think you three think that way either. It’s time to man up and stop being sell-out little bitches.
