Lucas Unveils “Assassin” Video

True story: sexy gay singer Ari Gold was a successful child actor who, as a child, sang the insidiously catchy jingle in the “My Buddy” commercial and also was the voice of one of the characters on legendary 80s cartoon “Jem & The Holograms”. So in some way, it makes perfect sense (to me at least) he would contribute a song to Lucas Entertainment’s Assassins, right? Although I can’t wait for the autotune trend to be over, I don’t hate the song and the video actually looks fantastic. In fact, if this clip is any indication of what the movie is like, then Assassins will be a scorcher for sure.

What do you guys think?

Im not always of a fan of Lucas, but I give him credit for understanding that porn isn’t just the quick throwaway crap most studios come out with today. Call me old school, but I think porn is a lot hotter when it centers on a little bit of a plot and has some actual production value behind it. This clip looks amazingly good.

Boring, innocuous music. No new models, and the always happy to see himself on film, overly botoxed presence of Mr. Lucas keeps this from being topshelf. I do appreciate his use of a storyline and action outside of a badly lit studio set, like we get from most producers. I think I’ll skip it.
