While putting himself through school as a bartender in his native Dayton, Ohio, Chad Donovan caught the eyes of porn star Chase Hunter and Mr. Gay USA Tony DiAngelo who were performing at the club. “I went home with them and had a three-way,” Donovan recalls. One look at his massive cock and the rest is history. A four-year contract with Falcon Studios soon followed. That was the start of a long and diverse career that helped earn Donovan a place in the GAYVN Hall of Fame in 2007 after winning his first GayVN Award in 1998 for Best Group Sex Scene with Brett Ford, and Tony Donovan in Ryker’s Revenge. Chad moved to Los Angeles in 1994 and went onto appear in almost 80 gay adult titles including Jockstrapped and the the mega-hit, Big As They Come II. In early 2001, Donovan began to transition behind the camera. Long Board was his directorial debut for Falcon while 2007’s Basic Plumbing 3 with Chase Hunter brought them back together 16 years after Hunter introduced Donovan to the industry.
