I like updates and more content…but not this update. I have been a member for years and now the video’s are just WAY too small to be viewed without going into full screen. If I am in full screen I can not chat or check an incoming e-mail or do anything else. I was told by NS Help that people just want to watch the video’s in fullscreen and do nothing else, but I have a hard time believing that this is actually true (we are in the multi-task generation). If there is a way to multitask while in fullscreen, can someone please let me know! If not, is there a way to make the full video’s a bit larger (more like the size of the previews? or as they were before)?~

Hey Matt-

Thanks for your feedback on the NS site … we’ve gotten a bunch of feedback from customers on this, and we are working to make a re-sizable player window ASAP. We should have that fix implemented in the next few days, if not by next week.

The customer service team should have told you this (not that you should just “deal with it”).
