I don’t think it’s impossible, and I think, if you look closely, the top would be rubbing the top of his cock right up the area where the prostate is located, and if you’re one of the lucky men with a prostate that reacts with pleasurable sensation when stimulated, I imagine this probably feels good, as long as your hole isn’t too tight.
