“Back to the Future Part II” was first released almost 26 years ago on November 22, 1989. In it, Marty McFly and Doc Brown travel to then distant future date of October 21, 2015 which just happens to be today. Sir Tim Berners-Lee was working as a software engineer at the CERN particle physics laboratory in Geneva, Switzerland. He developed a way for scientists all over the globe to share information through the burgeoning Internet and is credited with inventing something we now call the World Wide Web.
