Personnally I think Marcus can improve his look, he has somewhat of a cute face. My advice to him is, get groomed around the face, cut and style the hair, put on at least 15lbs of muscle, get a tan. I had a friend that looked like this guy (even worst), he took my advice and within a year, competed in a light weight bodybuilding contest and won!! Lol!!
