If a bunch of teenagers were videotaping themselves mooning people on the subway, they would investigate and arrest them. So, I am not overly convinced this is real. I think Lucas is desperate for publicity again.

Lucas does do a lot for publicity but I think in this case he's onto something, at least because the end result product is what appears to be a hot scene.

I don't think that this is so shocking. Anyone who lives in NYC knows that the subway can be pretty desolate at times. I've been on the train in a car by myself at night for a half an hour at the time. It's just like people filming scenes on public beaches and stuff.

Thankfully, the scene looks hot and that's all that really matters...

This isn't the first film to shoot a sex scene in the NYC public transit system. Films of the 70s and 80s (namely SUBWAY, but I know there are others) feature sex scenes shot in very public places.
