Real Estate Market Not Hot, But Lucas Flips Anyway

Michael Lucas has more than a few fetishes -- including a recent obsession with farts -- but based on his recent productions, it's real estate that's really on his mind. The housing market may be tanking, but Lucas is counting on a few hot properties to pull him through. A few months ago, he set a porn in Manhattan's famed Flatiron Building, Lucas's Flatiron Fuckers a few months later, he released Pounding the Pavement and, most recently, Flip This! (starring Jason Crew), which could just as well have been an HGTV series.

His studio and models are on the decline so I imagine this would spice things up. Lucas needs to start swallowing on video too. Too bad he lets his models do bahavior that he would never do. I wish he would value their lives as well.

Then again, he likes pushing buttons so he probably has a big laugh when reads how he gets people so worked up!
