Sagat's tattoo totally bugged me when he first burst on the scene, but once he grew some facial hair I found that balanced it out somehow. I totally don't notice it most of the time, now. Also, frankly, his astounding beauty is just too entrancing to bother worrying about it.

BTW, Sagat is pretty much the only person in the world who can get away with wearing a fishnet body suit and a clown mask, and still look mouth-watering.
