These might not quite make The Smoking Gun's legendary mug shot archive, but that doesn't mean you don't find the following gay porn mugs any bit less interesting. Now, I hate to be, like, rude but some of these disprove that famous John Waters quote about everyone looking better under arrest that our friends at Fleshbot like to invoke.

1. Harlow Cuadra:

Harlow of course was arrested May 15, 2007 with Joseph Kerekes (below) for the murder of Bryan Kocis and the two are currently awaiting trial. Harlow was the self-described "Stud Wonder" face of amateur twink site BoyBatter.com.

2. Joseph Kerekes:

Harlow's alleged partner in crime, he was also his boyfriend and business partner in Boy Batter and "Boisrus", the escort agency the two ran out of Norfolk, VA. Joseph did movies and escorted under the name "Trent".

3. Marcus Allen/Timothy Boham:

Marcus/Timothy was arrested November 16, 2006 for the murder of John Paul Kelso, Marcus pled insanity earlier this month claiming that Kelso's post-coital request for "a cuddle" drove him over the edge!

4. Cody Cash:

Despite a meteoric and much-hyped entry into the world of porn -- nabbing the cover of Freshmen, starring in Wet Palms and bottoming for Ken Ryker within just a few months-- Cody was arrested March 1, 2005 for possession of a controlled substance and no one's really heard from him since. We sincerely miss him!

How can you resist a porn award show cheeky enough to refer to itself as the Grabbys? Unlike it's more formal February predecessor, the Grabbys are more pump than pomp, a weekend long party for studios, stars and assorted hanger-on perverts. Does any intern not get pissed on by the boss? The new guy over at Lucas Entertainment sure can't dispute it.

Cuadra on Killing Kocis:
“He never saw it coming”

Still more shocking evidence is being released this morning from the bombshell 54-page affidavit indicting Harlow Cuadra and Joe Kerekes in the murder of Bryan Kocis.

Citizen's Voice is reporting that investigators used electronic surveillance to record a meeting at a nude beach in San Diego between Cuadra, Kerekes, Brent Corrigan and Grant Roy, where they apparently bragged about killing Kocis. Surveillance transcripts reveal:

-- Cuadra and Kerekes allegedly spoke about the inside of the home and what happened in the moments leading up to the slaying.

-- On the murder of Kocis, Cuadra allegedly said, “It was quick; he never saw it coming ... It almost seems like I got revenge and I know that sounds fucked up.”

-- When Grant Roy asked if Kocis felt any pain, Cuadra allegedly replied, “Don’t worry, he went quick.”

Meanwhile, even more charges against the couple pile up: They have since been charged with conspiracy to violate Virginia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, conspiracy to launder money and conspiracy to receive money from the earnings of male and female prostitution.

Harlow actually posted photos from this nude beach meeting on his blog -- maybe if you look closely enough, you can see feds listening in.

Update On Harlow Cuadra Arrest

As the details surrounding the investigation of Bryan Kocis' murder emerge, things aren't looking too good for Harlow Cuadra and his Boy Batter partner Joseph Kerekes.

Virginian-Pilot has released details from a 54-page affidavit that spells out the evidence leading up to their arrest as well as the charges against them (in addition to criminal homicide, Cuadra and Kerekes may be facing robbery, burglary, arson, theft, tampering with evidence and conspiracy.)

The document details "a complicated case against the two men, tied together by a maze of e-mails" between Kocis and a person they believe to be Cuadra. It claims that the motive for the crime was money. The Virginian-Pilot reports:

Cuadra and Kerekes ... believed Kocis to be their main rival in the lucrative gay pornography business, and they wanted Kocis out of the way so they could form a relationship with Kocis' main pornography star, Sean Lockhart, who is known in the gay film industry as Brent Corrigan.

More evidence in the document against Cuadra and Kerekes:

-- a vehicle matching the description of the one seen leaving the crime scene was rented by Cuadra in Virginia in the days leading up to the killing.

-- Cuadra and Kerekes bought a knife at a Beach gun shop prior to the slaying.

-- They shared a hotel room near Kocis' house around the time of the murder.

-- A PA-area news station is reporting that authorities found a camera from Kocis' house at Cuadra's home in Virginia Beach.

Harlow Cuadra Arrested For Murder

Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, 33, were just arrested on charges of criminal homicide for the Jan. 24 death of Bryan Charles Kocis, the former owner of Cobra Video the AP is reporting.

Harlow was named as a "person of interest" in the case when authorities recovered an email from Kocis' computer from someone using Harlow's picture who was supposed to meet with Kocis at his house the night he was murdered. Harlow claimed to have been with a client that night. An unconfirmed report claims that Joseph Kerekes is identified as "Trent" on Harlow's escorting site.

Last month, Harlow started an blog and even posted pictures of him and Brent Corrigan from what he was touting to be an upcoming co-production with Brent. (Brent, of course, was involved in a complicated legal battle with Kocis.)

Roman Ragazzi Scandal Unfolds

It's obviously naive to think if you do porn there won't be certain consequences; if you're, say, an elementary school teacher or (in the case of Roman Ragazzi, in politics), you are going to lose your job if and when people find out you fuck men on camera for money.

What I found bizarre about Roman's story appearing in the NY Post is that it seemed as if the paper was somehow behind Roman's resignation form the Israeli consulate. After a swarm of text messages, phone calls and emails from Collin O'Neal this past weekend (Collin is traveling through China at the moment) it turns out that there may be more than meets the eye and the scandal may be the work of a stalker/con-man with some majorly cruel intentions.

Roman has been friends with Collin for about three years. Their passion for (and differing views on) Mideast politics ignited their relationship from the start. When Roman asked Collin his advice about doing porn for another studio, Collin teamed up with Raging Stallion and they offered him a co-exclusive deal with RSS and his own production company, which Roman accepted.

The scandal began to unfold when a man calling himself Sean Michael Kirkham (claiming to be a diamond dealer and party promoter) offered Roman and two other models a trip Cannes and Hungary where they were to be hosts of parties Kirkham claimed to be throwing, according to O'Neal.

Collin said he started doing some research on Kirkham and got suspicious when he found an entry on a myspace blog with a similar story, and some phony press releases boasting how wealthy and influential he was.

Despite his warning, Roman seemed to trust Kirkham after several lengthy phone conversations with him, and in the end he confided in him his full name and where he worked. Two weeks later O'Neal received a message from Roman informing him that Kirkham apparently had sent an email to his employer informing them of his porn career and he was subsequently fired.

Over the next few days Roman started getting calls from various media outlets about his side of the story. It would seem that Kirkham wasn't happy with just getting him fired; he alledgely wanted the story in the international press. Neither Roman nor Collin believed that the mainstream media would pick up the story, but -- to their shock -- the story got picked up by The NY Post and then several Israeli papers followed suit.

At the moment Roman is now trying to figure out how to deal with the delicate issue of his family that have sent him several e-mails after seeing the headlines in the Israeli press.

Despite all this, Roman's porn career seems to be going pretty strong, at least. He's filmed two scenes for Collin O'Neal Productions, and a couple for Raging Stallion. Roman's first scene -- which was filmed in Miami on a boat and will feature Roman in a three-some with Mason Wyler and CJ Madison -- will be released May 15th on www.collinoneal.net.

Gay Porn Scandal: Roman Ragazzi Revealed!

Roman Ragazzi, we hardly knew you! We posted photos of him last month and though he seemed, well, too good to be true ... and everyone seemed to agree. People have been going ga-ga over the stud and this morning the New York Post is reporting that the Raging Stallion Exclusive is also an Israeli consulate official working at the United Nations.

I came across a site called PrisonStuds.com in the paper the other day. It seems an ex-con identified only as Steven has captured a new amateur fetish -- guys who've been on the receiving end of the justice system's long hard one.
