Never have done the drug thing not into it. With that being said since doing meth is only done by 'white trash' what does that make the soon to be released from rehab Spencer Quest ???
And i am pretty sure he is not the only porn star who dabbles into the drug scene.

Good. I've always thought that it was wierd how the gay/ gay porn community went about talking about safe sex and healthy lifestyles while on the same hand overlooking the substance abuse problem that seem to be so prevalent among gay men. I think this is good as some of these drugs are just as life threatening as any STD, and can infact impair one's judgement so much that it leads to further risky behaviour.
Its nice that these porn stars have come together to spread a positive message. I dont see why it had to really take a group of shirtless guys to get this point across.

I have never done drugs and I am thankful that I never went down that road. Do I think I am better than those who have? No. I just simply feel I made the right choice.

I think substance abuse is a terrible thing. Its hard enough being gay in this country without having a substance abuse problem. I used to be addicted, but have finally come clean with the help of my boyfriend. It is so awesome to be free of drugs. I wish the gay community would have offered me more support when I quit heroin cold turkey.

I am so glad to hear that Spencer Quest is getting help with his addiction. I have lost to many good friends and favorite Co-Stars to that drug.

i just hope this "outing" of danny doesn't destroy him. many of us have been in the same position, and until he is ready to walk the straight and narrow again, i wish him well.

I saw Spencer at a gallery opening in early December and I was shocked at how thin and drawn he looked. I'm relieved to read that the problem is something treatable instead of what I feared.

I wish him all the best on his recovery.

The classism? Hey, that's great! So we can stop calling "trade" trade, and a spade a spade. Let's all keep the truth to ourselves, because that's what this community needs--more denial. And what will that accomplish? Um, watering down the issue, thus making it more difficult to address. Meth is a trashy drug for trashy people. A lot of those people happen to be white trash. OhHHHH!!!!! Let's not hurt their feelings and offend their delicate sensibilites. Fuck them. They're wonderbread. Let's deal with meth abuse, and then, perhaps, make everyone feel better about themselves.
