Jarhead vs. JarHead

Did you know that people started calling Marines "Jarheads" during WWII when the Mason Jar Company started making their helmets? It's a fact!

Anyway, are you unsure of which movie to see this weekend? Despite the high gay appeal of Jarhead, Sam Mendes' adaptation of Anthony Swofford's gritty Gulf War memoir, (a few flashes of Jake Gyllenhaal's ass, but despite the tagline, no cocksucking), I would most definitely pick JarHead, starring Mason Jarr. Or really anything from Mr. Jarr's also gritty Ouevre. I've always found the swarthy real life former Marine to be inexplicably captivating. Besides, SocialiteLife posted an .mpg of the good part of the Jake Jarhead anyway.
