Dean Phoenix: Rising from the Asses

Dean Phoenix (arguably the most handsome man to EVER grace gay adult cinema) is set to return for a starring role in the upcoming John Rutherford/Jerry Douglas Buckshot extravaganza, "Buckle-Roos" (WTF is a buckle-roo? Anyone?) ...

The movie has Phoenix paired with Marcus Iron as two cowboy lovers and Zak Spears as "a mysterious Man in Black whose magical belt buckle allows whoever is wearing it to have sex with anyone he desires."

This news has got me aflutter. Dean's performances in the handful of movies he did in the late nineties are among my favorites. Besides his huge, downwardly curving cock and gi-normous arms, it's that look on his face when he's performing that makes him really stand out. Unlike countless grunting and sneering tops, he's always got a smile and genuinely looks like he's enjoynig the partner he's pounding away at.

My favorite of the Phoenix oeuvre is hands-down Poolside with Dean Phoenix which he produced and placed himself in almost every scene. It's sort of a lazy day by the pool but has a certain dreamy So-Cal vibe plus Phoenix in those swim trunks, pulled down ever-so-slightly ... sublime.

I've never paid for sex, but I would gladly pay hand over fist for a mere peck on the cheek from Mr. Phoenix, who "retired" from porn about five years ago (proving that no one ever really "retires" from this industry).
