June 10, 2003, San Francisco CA -- Prowest Media Corporation (PMC) announced today that it has reached an agreement with Jim French Studio Inc., the personal holding company of Mr. Jim French, to acquire the 36-year-old high-quality photography and video production company COLT Studio.

This acquisition will bring the COLT Studio, Buckshot Productions, Spurs, Legendary Bodies, Minute Men, Olympus and Cadre brands under multi-award winning director John Rutherford's ownership and control. This acquisition solidifies Mr. Rutherford's position as a leader and premier producer of man-on-man adult entertainment.
