Last I heard, Dean Phoenix is a bartender at a popular gay bar in San Diego. I don't know the name of the bar, but if you are anxious to stalk him, there's not that many bars in that town, especially ones that hire porn stars.

As for his return to the industry, you should write to Drew Warner at Sports and Rec Studios. Maybe Drew might be able to wave enough dollars at him to persuade him to return.
