Barebacking Videos
As reporting in J.C. Adam's gossip column, porn star Matt
Sizemore has stirred up a new controversy for doing a barebacking video.
This comes as a big surprise to many in the industry. He worked closely with Will Clark (an adamant promoter of safe sex) to help produce recent Bad Boys Pool Parties (a very high-profile AIDS benefit event). He voided his "exclusive" agreement with Raging Stallion, not just for doing bareback, but for merely working for another studio.
On his decision to bareback on video reported by J.C. Adams:
"Making the decision to do a bareback video was kind of like making the original choice to do gay porn; (it was) something that was carefully thought out over time and, unfortunately, going to ruffle a few feathers in my circle. But one of the nicer aspects about making that decision back in 2000 was the spring cleaning I got to do among my friends and acquaintances; again, like gay porn, doing bareback is a line you cross that really separates the men from the boys. True friends always agree to disagree. And the rest, especially those with an agenda who keep everything conditional, are really just so much refuse you're better off without."
Hmm, so what WOULD be an example of a "NON-conditional" friendship or business arangement?
-"I'll still be your friend even if you go out of your way to invalidate everything I stand for."
-"I'll still be your friend and employer even if you proactively break our employment agreement in an industry otherwise offers no promises or stability."
